Initial Session

60-90 minutes session

Each nutrition visit is individualized for your needs. You’ll get 1:1 support in learning how to support your overall health and feel your best. We work together to come up with a realistic plan for you and your family, focusing on your goals. The work that I do with clients encompasses your hormonal, metabolic, and digestive concerns.

Follow Up Sessions

40-60 minute sessions

Each follow-up visit we will continue to build on our goals from last visit while teaching you how to nourish your body. We will review your relationship to food, body and exercise, any lab work, necessary supplements, specific food brands I recommend, and swaps you can start making to feel your best and brightest.

What Can I Expect After Booking?

  • You will receive a confirmation email from my client portal called Simple Practice.

    Please fill out all forms 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If forms are not filled out 24 hours in advance your appointment will be canceled and asked to reschedule.

  • Please see the benefit verification sheet, we will also send you a copy via the Client Portal. We will verify your eligibility and be able to talk through typically what we see as a covered benefit for your insurance plan.

  • All visits are done virtually, all you need access to is a smartphone or laptop in order to join the visit!

  • A dietitian has at least a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from a University approved by the Accredited Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), completes an accredited year long internship and then must pass the national licensing examination to acquire the RD credentials. Dietitians are required to obtain CEUs on a regular basis in order to maintain their credentials.

    A Nutritionist includes a wide range of people and education levels. Some nutritionists may have a bachelor's degree in nutrition while some may have a certificate from a weekend program. ‘Nutritionist’ is not a regulated term. Whereas, Registered Dietitian, like Medical Doctor (MD) or Physical Therapist (PT), are regulated.

    Simply put, someone can not call themselves a dietitian if you are not credentialed as one. Whereas anyone can call themselves a nutritionist.

  • Most of my patients work with me long-term, typically for more than 6 months. I suggest a minimum of 6 visits, with sessions scheduled more frequently (e.g., weekly or every other week) in the beginning and more spread out (e.g., once a month) over time.

  • A recent weight and height from your healthcare provider. Please consider having your pediatrician or healthcare provider fax over any pertinent/recent medical documentation.

  • Initial sessions are scheduled for 60-90 minutes, dependent on your insurance carrier. All Aetna plans will be for 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically between 30-60 minutes.

  • Booking an appointment online is the quickest way to start working with your dietitian. You can view the openings and request an appointment here.

  • Yes! I accept Aetna, BCBS UHC, Cigna plans.

  • My prompt-pay rates are $180 for the initial visit and $90 for follow-up visits. For plans we are not in-network with, we can send you a superbill that you can submit to your plan for reimbursement.

  • I am typically able to make initial appointments within 2 -4 weeks.

  • Yes, I accept HSA/FSA payments.


  •  Due to my high patient load, there is limited time for communication between sessions. You can contact me through the messaging function inside the patient portal. For quick questions, the dietitian may respond promptly. Longer questions will be addressed at your next follow-up. For urgent matters, you can either book a follow-up appointment or contact me via email or phone.
